How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase, simply browse our Shop and select the item you’d like to buy. Choose your preferred size and color if available, then click “Add to Cart.” When you're ready to complete your order, go to your Cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping details—we deliver all across Lebanon. Once everything is confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS, delivering your order to your doorstep through our trusted delivery partner.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the website of our delivery partner, Waklini, using your order's tracking number. You can find the tracking number in the email or SMS sent to you after you can have completed your order.

Order not received?

If you have not received your order on time, or your order says 'Delivered' but you have not received it, then please refer to the Contact Us page, fill in your details and send your comments.
